Safety should always be the number one priority when it comes to carrying a firearm as it is a lethal tool.

 

These leggings require the use of a sturdy gun belt and a quality third party Kydex holster. This setup allows you to customize your carring needs based on your body type and preferred firearm. 

 

What makes a holster safe? 

• Hard sided trigger protection that covers the trigger completely on both sides
• Maintains an open mouth when the firearm is not in the holster
• Created specifically to the make and model of your firearm
• Provides adequate retention on the firearm
• Allows for reholstering one handed

Due to being a thicker/more durable material, the viscose nylon blend aren't as stretchy as their cotton counterparts even though the dimensions of the leggings are the same.  So if you're inbetween sizes, size up. Also, ankles may be a little tight while putting on the leggings, but once they're on, they fit!

Yup. We know. These aren't cheap. What makes Koa Athletics more expensive than other concealed carry leggings brands? Quite a few reasons actually.

 

First, being USA made is important to many of us. Having China (or any other country) make leggings for carrying a firearm isn't very American.
Here are some comparisions to show how much more expensive it is:

 

A sample legging made in the USA costs on average 5.5 times more than a sample made in China. The manufacturing of leggings in the USA costs on average 3 - 8 times more than production in China.

 

Why is it more expenive to manufacture in America? The USA has minimum wage, require better working conditions, and don't allow sweat shops. Well, also inflation. 

 

The second is we purposely seek out fabrics that have certifications against hundreds of harmful chemicals. These range from carcinogens, endocrine distruptors, neurotoxins, and bio-accumulative (toxins that build up in the body over time). Once you go down this rabbit hole, you can't unsee how toxic modern fashion is to both humans and the environment. 

 

We could do without these standards but then it wouldn't be Koa Athletics. We won't compromise our standards because you don't deserve that.
