Shipping & Returns
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope to receive all returns and exchanges unwashed and in new condition with tags (ahem, we don't need to know what kind of deodorant you use). If you were being extra and the items are too damaged (or have pit stains, sweat stains, makeup stains, muscle flex tears, and the like), reimbursement of the item may not be eligible.
If the item you received was defective, please take pictures and write what is wrong with the item. Send us an email at hello@koaathletics.com within 30 days of ordering and we will fix that for you!
Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@koaathletics.com start your return. Since we are still at the beginning stages of our company, we can't afford to cover shipping costs on returns yet, but we will reimburse the full cost of the item. We hope to cover this in the future! Thank you for understanding!
Exchanges: Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@koaathletics.com to make an exchange. It will work like a return, the only difference is you get a new size! All you need to do is write down what you'd like to exchange for on your packing slip. Don't forget to include your packing slip in the package otherwise we won't know what to send you! We will cover the shipping cost of the new item back to you.
Digital Products: Returns are not allowed on digital products due to instant downloads.
SHIPPING
We ship out orders every Wednesday, you should receive your item within a week of shipping date (often this is much faster). We do our best to estimate your expected delivery timing, but please keep in mind that we can't control USPS, mother nature, the zombie apocalypse, holiday delay, or other unplanned situations. Just know that we've got your back and we'll do out best to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
Shipping costs paid for by the customer are non-refundable.
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. We can't take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.
